Job Description
- Handling the cycle of Recruitment. (Preparing Job Description, Posting of job,* Coordinating with Placement Consultants, Arranging Interviews and Coordinating the interview with the respective department)
- Taking Care of Joining Formalities & Onboarding Activities
- Coordinating with the Statutory Compliance Vendor for all staff queries
- Drafting different types of letters (for example: Appointment Letters,
Confirmation/Increment letters, Warning letters, Relieving Letters etc) - Manage and resolve employee complaints and grievances if any.
- Handling the exit formalities (Form filling, Submission of Office properties)
- Basic Understanding of salary components.
- Admin Related work – Handling Stationaries, Office Equipment’s AMC etc
Fluent Communication is a must!
The job involves handling hiring, making sure we follow the law, managing office tasks and helping the Senior HR with daily work.
